SHIPPING & LOGISTICS POLICY

Last Updated: August 2026

This Shipping & Logistics Policy (the “Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of all products ordered through the website wsytrade.online (the “Site”) operated by WSY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”). This Policy forms an integral part of our Shopping Policy and applies to all wholesale purchases made by our Customers (“you”, “Buyer”).

Please read this Policy carefully before placing any order. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the shipping terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

1.1 Standard Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours after we receive full payment confirmation (or the required deposit, where applicable). Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.

1.2 Business Days
Processing times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Hong Kong. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

1.3 Peak Season and Custom Orders
During peak seasons, promotional events, or for customized/OEM orders, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any anticipated delays to you as soon as possible. If you require expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

1.4 Order Cut-Off Time
Orders received after 2:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT) may be processed on the following business day. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your order early in the day or contacting our support team for prioritization options.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

2.1 Available Shipping Methods
We offer a range of shipping options to destinations worldwide. The available methods will be presented during the checkout process or included in your proforma invoice. Shipping methods may include:

Express Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent international couriers. Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Economy Shipping: EMS, air freight, or equivalent services. Typical delivery time: 7–15 business days.
Sea Freight: Available for large-volume orders. Typical delivery time: 15–40 business days (depending on destination).

2.2 Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier on your behalf, based on factors such as destination, package weight and dimensions, shipping method selected, and cost efficiency. If you have a preferred carrier, please indicate this at the time of order placement. Additional costs associated with carrier preferences may apply.

2.3 Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations, carrier policies, or product characteristics (e.g., liquids, aerosols, or other restricted materials). We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order and work with you to find an appropriate shipping solution.

3. SHIPPING COSTS AND CALCULATION

3.1 Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

– Total weight and volumetric weight of the package
– Dimensions of the package (length, width, height)
– Destination country and postal code
– Selected shipping method (express, economy, sea freight)
– Insurance coverage selected (if any)

3.2 Shipping Quote
A detailed shipping cost breakdown will be provided in your proforma invoice or at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping costs are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotion will be clearly communicated on our Site or in promotional materials. Free shipping offers are subject to minimum order value thresholds and may be restricted to specific destinations or shipping methods.

3.4 Surcharges
The following surcharges may apply:

Remote Area Surcharge: Some carriers impose additional fees for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas. We will notify you if such surcharges apply to your order.
Fuel Surcharge: Carriers may apply variable fuel surcharges based on current fuel prices. These are passed through to you at cost.
Residential Delivery Surcharge: Some carriers charge extra for deliveries to residential addresses. To avoid this surcharge, we recommend using a commercial business address for delivery.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

4.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

– Customs clearance procedures and inspections
– Weather conditions and natural disasters
– Carrier delays, strikes, or operational disruptions
– Local public holidays in the destination country
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the Customer
– Remote or inaccessible delivery locations

4.2 Typical Delivery Ranges
The following are typical delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch:

Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (most major cities)
Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days (most destinations)
Sea Freight: 15–40 business days (depending on destination and port)

4.3 No Guarantee of Delivery Date
We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless we have expressly agreed to do so in writing. Any delivery date provided is an estimate only. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or penalties arising from delayed deliveries.

4.4 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items that are in stock and ready for dispatch, we may split the order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery of available items. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments unless expressly agreed. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

5. ORDER TRACKING

5.1 Tracking Number Provision
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the following information:

– Carrier name and service type
– Tracking number(s)
– Link to the carrier’s tracking portal
– Estimated delivery date (where available)

5.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking information is provided by the carrier and is updated in real-time on the carrier’s website. We are not responsible for delays in tracking updates or inaccuracies in carrier-provided tracking information. If you notice that your tracking status has not updated for an extended period, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

5.3 Tracking Issues
If your tracking number is not working or shows no updates after 5 business days from dispatch, please contact our support team. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to investigate the issue and provide updates as we receive them.

6. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

6.1 FOB Shipping Point
All products are sold on an FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point basis. This means that:

– Title to the products passes to you at the time the products are handed over to the carrier for shipment.
– Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you at the same time.

Once the products are in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the goods or any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.

6.2 Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance to protect your shipment against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Shipping insurance is available upon request at an additional cost. The insurance premium will be calculated based on the order value and destination. If you decline insurance coverage, you assume all risk of loss or damage during transit.

6.3 Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as the risk of loss has passed to you. We will assist you by providing any necessary documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, proof of shipment) to support your claim. However, we are not responsible for compensating you for lost or damaged shipments unless we are found to have been negligent in the packing or handover process.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

7.1 Customs Clearance
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. The Customer is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring that the imported products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and import restrictions of the destination country.

7.2 Customs Documentation
We will provide accurate and complete customs documentation with each shipment, including:

– Commercial invoice (with actual purchase price and product descriptions)
– Packing list (with itemized quantities and weights)
– Certificate of origin (where applicable)
– Any other documentation required by the destination country

We will not declare lower values or misrepresent the products for customs purposes. Doing so would be illegal and against our policy.

7.3 Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
You are solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs. Customs authorities may hold your shipment until these charges are paid. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.

7.4 Customs Delays
Customs clearance can cause significant delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Delays may be caused by:

– Incomplete or inaccurate customs documentation
– Product inspections and testing
– High volume of shipments at customs facilities
– Import restrictions or licensing requirements
– Discrepancies between the declared value and the local customs authority’s valuation

We are not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or confiscation of goods caused by customs authorities. If a shipment is seized or destroyed by customs, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

7.5 Customs Brokerage
In some cases, the shipping carrier may engage a customs broker to facilitate clearance. The customs broker’s fees are your responsibility and will be billed to you directly by the carrier or broker. You may choose your own customs broker if you prefer, but please notify us in advance so that we can coordinate accordingly.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELIVERY FAILURES

8.1 Responsibility for Address Accuracy
It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address details at the time of order placement. We will ship to the address you provide, and we will not be liable for any delays, additional costs, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

8.2 Address Verification
We may use address verification tools to validate the shipping address provided. If our system detects a potential issue with the address, we will contact you for clarification. Please respond promptly to avoid delays in processing your order.

8.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable due to:

– Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
– Recipient’s refusal to accept delivery
– Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
– Failure to collect the package from the carrier’s local depot or customs office within the prescribed timeframe

You will be responsible for:

– All shipping costs (outbound and return)
– Any customs duties or taxes incurred
– A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value
– Any additional storage or handling fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities

If you wish to have the package re-shipped after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the re-shipping costs in full before we dispatch the order again.

8.4 Change of Address After Shipment
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the address after dispatch, you must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of address changes requested after shipment.

9. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT AND RECEIPT

9.1 Signature upon Delivery
Most international shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and sign for it. If the delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a notice and make a second delivery attempt or hold the package at their local depot for collection.

9.2 Authority to Leave
If you would like the carrier to leave the package without a signature (authority to leave), you must indicate this preference in writing. Please note that by authorizing the carrier to leave the package unattended, you assume all risk of loss or theft. We are not liable for packages left at your request.

9.3 Inspection Upon Receipt
We strongly recommend that you inspect the package immediately upon receipt and before signing the delivery confirmation. If the package shows signs of damage, take photographs of the damage and note it on the delivery receipt. This will be important evidence if you need to file a claim with the carrier.

10. INSURANCE AND CLAIMS

10.1 Insurance Options
We offer shipping insurance to cover the full value of your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Insurance is available at an additional cost, calculated as a percentage of the order value (typically 1–3%). Please contact us to add insurance to your shipment.

10.2 Uninsured Shipments
For uninsured shipments, we accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft that occurs during transit. Any claims for loss or damage must be pursued directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance in providing documentation to support your claim but accept no liability for the outcome.

10.3 Insured Shipments – Claim Process
For insured shipments, if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. The claim process typically requires:

– Prompt notification (within 72 hours of delivery or the scheduled delivery date)
– Photographs of the damaged package and contents (if damage occurred)
– A completed claim form provided by us or the insurer
– Proof of value (commercial invoice and payment confirmation)

We will work with the insurer to process your claim. Settlement of claims is at the insurer’s sole discretion. Please note that insurance claims can take several weeks to process.

10.4 Concealed Damage
If you discover damage to the contents of a package after opening it (concealed damage), please document the damage with photographs and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but settlement is subject to the carrier’s and insurer’s terms and conditions.

11. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

11.1 Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

– Customs clearance procedures and inspections
– Weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God
– Carrier operational disruptions, strikes, or labor disputes
– Political instability, war, or terrorism
– Public health emergencies, epidemics, or pandemics
– Governmental actions, embargoes, or trade restrictions
– Supply chain disruptions or material shortages

11.2 Force Majeure
We are excused from performance of our obligations under this Policy to the extent that performance is prevented, hindered, or delayed by a force majeure event. If a force majeure event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as circumstances permit.

11.3 No Compensation for Delays
We do not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation for shipping delays that are beyond our control. If you require guaranteed delivery dates, please consider using a premium express service with delivery guarantees (such as DHL Express or FedEx Priority) and purchase insurance coverage.

12. PACKAGING AND LABELING

12.1 Packaging Standards
All products are packed with care to ensure they arrive in good condition. We use industry-standard packaging materials, including:

– Strong corrugated cardboard boxes or reinforced cartons
– Protective padding (bubble wrap, foam inserts, or paper fillers)
– Tamper-evident sealing or strapping
– Moisture-resistant wrapping (where required)

12.2 Product Labeling
Products are labeled with their respective SKUs, quantities, and any relevant product information. For customized orders, labeling will be done according to your specifications.

12.3 Shipping Labels
Each package is clearly labeled with the shipping address, your contact information, and any relevant carrier-specific labels (e.g., fragile, handle with care, keep dry).

12.4 Packaging Specifications for International Shipments
For international shipments, packaging must comply with both international shipping regulations and destination country requirements. We ensure that all packaging meets these standards. If you have specific packaging requirements (e.g., branded boxes, specialized handling), please discuss these with us at the time of order placement.

13. DANGEROUS GOODS AND RESTRICTED ITEMS

13.1 Prohibited and Restricted Items
We do not ship products that are classified as dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or otherwise restricted by international shipping regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:

– Flammable liquids or solids
– Aerosols and pressurized containers
– Toxic or corrosive substances
– Explosives and ammunition
– Perishable goods
– Items prohibited by the destination country’s import regulations

13.2 Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are permitted for import into your country. If you are unsure about any restrictions, please check with your local customs authority before placing an order. We are not liable for any confiscation, destruction, or penalties imposed by customs authorities due to product restrictions.

13.3 Declaration of Restricted Items
If any products in your order are subject to special import requirements or restrictions, you must notify us in writing at the time of order placement. We will do our best to assist you with compliance, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with import regulations.

14. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS AND BACKORDERS

14.1 Partial Shipments
If some items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, we may send partial shipments. You will be notified of any partial shipments and provided with separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for partial shipments unless the partial shipment is requested by you.

14.2 Backorders
In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of order placement, we will notify you and provide the following options:

– Wait for the item to become available (backorder) and ship it later at no additional cost
– Substitute the item with a comparable alternative
– Cancel the item from the order and receive a refund for that item

14.3 Notification of Delays
If we anticipate significant delays in fulfilling your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.

15. SHIPPING POLICY AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify this Shipping & Logistics Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Site or placement of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
